Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Most items are shipped directly from the supplier.  Please allow between 2 to 4 business days for order processing and shipping (unless otherwise specified). Most items will be shipped via UPS, however, the supplier can choose to use the carrier of their choice. Order status and shipping confirmation will be provided.

Large Parcel or Freight Shipping:

Large parcels or items that require freight shipping may incur additional shipping charges. These rates are based on weight, dimension and shipping address.  Any additional charges for shipping will be invoiced for approval prior to order processing. (Click here for additional details).

Holiday Shipping:

Orders are subject to shipping delays within one to two weeks before and after major holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.).  Expected shipping dates will be provided after order processing. 

Pricing and Item Availability: 

Pricing and item availability are subject to change at any time, so please check out any items in your cart as soon as possible.  Every effort is made to ensure items are in stock and available for shipping.  If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be contacted and an estimated ship date will be provided(if applicable). Any item deemed to be on backorder or discontinued will be refunded immediately. The next available shipping date will be provided if available. 

Cancellation/Order Changes: 

Cancellation requests or requests to make any changes with an order (including address changes) must be received within 24 hours from the time your order was placed.  Any cancellation requests or order changes received after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the order has already been processed.
