Our return policy is 30 days from the original date of purchase.
To be eligible for a full refund, the merchandise must be undamaged. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Please initiate merchandise return requests through our store checkout. Buyer maybe responsible for return shipping costs(if applicable). Return shipping instructions will be provided.
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for merchandise returned without prior notice.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments:
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of any unclaimed or refused shipments. These orders are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Returns accepted for defective or damaged items. Please notify me within 5 days of delivery of any merchandise that is deemed defective or damaged. Photos are required if applicable.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please retain the original packing materials and if deemed necessary a return shipping label will be provided at our expense.

Refunds for returns will be processed once the order has been received and inspected. Amount of refund issued will be minus any fees for shipping and/or restocking fees(if applicable). Once your refund has been approved, credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Processing times of credits issued to your account is subject to your bank.
