Do you offer international delivery?

No international shipping is provided at this time.  Shipping only to the 48 contiguous states., excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a full refund item must be returned undamaged.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for merchandise returned without prior notice.

What are pre-order items?

Pre-order items can be out of stock, coming soon, seasonal, large items or items that we must purchase in surplus from our suppliers. 

Pre-order items may only be available for a limited time and in short supply.

Pre-order product listings are heavily dependent on consumer interest.

In order to keep overhead expenses for storage low, those items that do not receive pre-order sales maybe removed from our product listings.

Seasonal Decor items will be available for a limited time only.
